A Hall of Famer

Masini’s made-for-TV movies and syndicated series have garnered more than 35 Emmy Awards. In the 1980’s Masini was recognized by “Broadcasting Magazine” as “one of the most influential and one of the top TV industry leaders of the 1980’s.”

In 1991, Masini was among the inaugural 60 illuminates inducted into the Broadcasting Hall of Fame along with others including Johnny Carson, Aaron Spelling, Lucille Ball, Edward R. Morrow, Ted Turner, and Ronald Reagan.

In 2003, Masini received the Broadcast Pioneer Award from the National Association of Broadcasters for his countless contributions to the television industry.
